General questions

What is the Best price Guarantee?
When booking through direct reservation website www.lazureresort.com, via our service center or directly in our resort. For further information, you can always find our exciting package at our official Facebook fanpage.

What is the daily rate?
The so-called daily rate is the most flexible and best available rate without any booking restrictions. If you book this rate, your room will be held generally until 6 pm on the day of arrival and you can cancel your reservation free of charge, with the exception of fair dates or other high season dates. The detailed cancellation policy is shown in the rate description.

What is the Early Bird rate?
The Early Bird rate offers discounts on the daily rate. The value of the discount depends on the booking date and on the requested L’Azure. You can save the amount of your money. This rate is not cancellable free of charge and a non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.

Can I purchase a L’Azure voucher as a present?
If you want to treat someone with a gift, but you do not know which hotel or time suits him/her best, you can order L’Azure gift voucher.

At what time is check-in?
Check-in time: 3 pm

At what time is check-out?
Check-out time: 12 pm

Do you offer handicapped rooms?
Our resort does not have a handicapped room.

Is parking available at the resort?
The parking lot is available at the resort.

What is the reception opening hours?
The reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be always at your service day and night.

Is half or full board available?
Yes, you can either book the meals after choosing a room or you can book directly one of the attractive arrangements, where usually dinner is already included.

Is it possible to book spa treatments online?
Yes, spa treatments are also bookable like breakfast and other meals, if available.

Where can I see the hotel rates? How much is a room/night?
Our rates are calculated on a daily basis. Therefore, we cannot give you a general overview of costs. But you can easily enter the arrival dates in our booking engine and our system will search the best available rates for you.

Are the rates per person or per room?
All prices, unless stated otherwise, are on a per-room-basis.

Is Wi-Fi available at the resort/in the room?
Wifi is available free of charge in the rooms and in public areas.

Can I reserve a table in a restaurant?
Yes, with our table order form you can make a non-binding table reservation for your desired restaurant.

Can I use the spa area even if I am not staying in your resort?
The spa area is also open to external guests. For more information about your requested resort, please check the resort’s website under “Spa & Wellness” or contact the resort or our service center directly.

Can I use the spa area after checking out?
In general, this is not a problem, as the checkout times as based on leaving the room. To avoid any doubts, please contact our service center or the resort.

Can I have breakfast/dinner even if I am not staying in your resort?
Yes, of course, you can enjoy a meal or drink in one of our restaurants or bars. You may also reserve a table with our table reservation form on each restaurant website.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice after departure?
Kindly contact our reception at the resort lobby.

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?
Our reception desk in this case, please. Our rooms will be cleaned daily so that your item probably has been found by our housekeeping team.
