EXTRA PERSON POLICY:

• 01 child below 06 years old can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents. Baby cot provided as complimentary service(no extra bed, subject to availability).
• Children from 06 to under 12 years old are subject to additional charges as described above. For children over 12 years old, third person supplement charges apply.

Maximum amount of children sharing existing bedding is 01 (one), maximum amount of children per room: 02 (two).

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT TIMES & FEES REGULATION:

• Official check-in time is 14:00 and official check-out time is 12:00 (at noon). Guests may check-in early without additional charge subject to room availability on the arrival date.
• If guests wish to guarantee their early check-in, they are required to pay an additional charge as below.
  • 100% of the applicable room rate if check-in before 08:00
  • 50% of the applicable room rate if check-in from 08:00 to 12:00 (at noon).
• Guests may check-out late or extend their stay subject to the room availability and shall be additionally charged as bellow:
  • 50% of the applicable room rate if check-out from 12:00 to 18:00.
  • 100% of the applicable room rate if check-out after 18:00

EARLY DEPARTURES:

• Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.

DEPOSIT:

• 100% of total room charge is required to receive within 07 days prior to arrival (Shoulder Season)
• 100% of total room charge is required to receive within 21 days prior to arrival (High Season & Holiday)

CANCELLATION:

• 50% of total room charge is applicable for cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival.
• 100% of total room and food & beverage (when lunch, dinner and other event arrangement is made) is applicable within 7 days prior to arrival.

NO SHOW:

• 100% of total room and food & beverage (when lunch, dinner and other event arrangement is made) is applicable.
